Partner terms

The Partner Circle is by approval. BioLux may decline an application, and either side may end the partnership at any time by message.

You earn 15% of the product value of every paid order placed by a customer you brought to BioLux. Product value is what the customer pays for products after discounts, excluding delivery.

A customer is linked to you when their first BioLux order comes through your link or code. Customers who ordered from BioLux before, and your own orders, do not earn commission.

If a visitor follows more than one partner's link before their first order, the most recent link counts. A partner code typed at checkout counts ahead of any link.

10% off their first protocol through your link or code. It works once per customer and cannot be combined with another code.

A commission clears 14 days after the order is delivered. Commissions cleared by the last day of a month are paid by bank transfer in rand on the 5th of the next month. Balances under R 250 roll over to the following month.

A cancelled or fully refunded order earns nothing. A partial refund reduces the commission. If an order is refunded after its commission was paid, the amount comes off your next payout.

Share your own experience. Say what a protocol supports and that a registered doctor reviews every protocol before it ships.

Do not promise a diagnosis, a cure or a result. Do not give medical advice. Say that you are a BioLux partner whenever you share your link or code.

Posting your code on coupon or deal sites. Paid search or paid social ads on the BioLux name. Unsolicited bulk messages. Ordering through your own link under another name. Presenting yourself as BioLux or as a medical professional when you are not one.

Orders that come from any of these do not earn commission.

You see order numbers, dates and amounts for your customers. You do not see names, contact details or what was ordered. We use your details only to run the programme and to pay you.

Commission is income. You are responsible for your own tax, and BioLux may ask for an invoice before paying.

BioLux may change these terms with notice in the partner app. Commissions already cleared under the earlier terms stay payable.
